Themis J. Fotieo
Themis J. Fotieo graduated with honors from the university of Michigan in 1973, with a degree in Philosophy. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Michigan Law school in 1976. Mr. Fotieo is a sustaining member of the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association and of the National Organization of Social Security Claimants Representatives. He has been in private practice for 28 years, exclusively representing plaintiffs in automobile negligence, workers' compensation and social security disability cases. Mr. Fotieo lectures annually at the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association's Workers Compensation Seminar. In 2007, 2008 and 2009, Mr. Fotieo has been listed in Super Lawyers of Michigan as an outstanding lawyer who has attained a high degree of peer recognition and professional achievement.
Michael P. Szczytko
Michael P. Szczytko has been representing injured workers since he joined the firm in 1983. He specializes in the areas of workers' compensation, social security disability, auto negligence, general personal injury, and employment matters. He received his B.A. Degree from Aquinas College and his J.D. Degree from the University of Michigan Law School. Mr. Szczytko is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan (member, Negligence and Workers' Compensation sections) and the Michigan Trial Lawyers Association. He is a frequent speaker on workers' compensation and social security disability.
Martha E. Reamon
Martha E. Reamon was admitted to the Bar in 1984, Michigan U.S. District Court, and Western District of Michigan. She graduated magna cum laude from Aquinas College in 1979. Ms. Reamon attended Thomas M. Cooley Law School, receiving her J.D. Magna cum laude in 1983. She is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association (GRBA) (Member of Speakers Committee, 1989-90; Gender Bias Committee 1991-1993); State Bar of Michigan (Member of Medicologal Problems Workers' Compensation Committee, 1989-1992; Panel Member, Attorney Discipline Board, 1994 through present); Michigan Trial Lawyers Association (MTLA); American Bar Association (ABA). Ms. Reamon's plaintiffs' practice has included Personal Injury, Worker's Compensation, Auto Accidents, Social Security Disability and Sexual Harassment cases. Glenn W. House, Jr.
Glenn W. House, Jr. has practiced workers' compensation law in excess of 37 years. He has extensive experience in cases involving all disabilities, including those related to cardiovascular, pulmonary, orthopedic and psychiatric disease. He is a 1965 graduate of Albion College and received his Juris Doctorate, cum laude, from Wayne State University in 1968. He is a member of the State Bar of Michigan and the Grand Rapids Bar Association. He has been a frequent lecturer and trial demonstrator for fellow lawyers through the Institute for Continuing Legal Education.
